Our one-to-one personal training is all about you. We start by getting to know what things have held you back in the past, assess your current fitness levels, and then set some 3-month targets together. From there, we create a plan that’s uniquely yours — whether you’re focused on getting stronger, transforming your body, or simply moving pain-free and feeling healthy. Along the way, we’re there to motivate, educate, and keep you on track to hit the targets we set together at the start.

Packages start from £80 per week, and include all the support you need: In-person training, programming, nutrition, lifestyle guidance, and accountability. During your free 30-minute consultation, we’ll explore all of your personal training options so you feel confident in choosing what’s best for you.

YOUR 1-2-1 PERSONAL TRAINING JOURNEY AT EPT LAB

    Week 1: Introduction and Onboarding

    Your journey begins with a friendly and informative consultation. You’ll have a 30-minute in-person chat with one of our Team to get to know you, your health history, and personal goals. From there, we’ll discuss the best personal training options based on your needs. If you’d like to go ahead then the next step will be to book in for your first session with your Personal Coach (of your choice, or we will help you decide the best fit).

    Weeks 1–4: Building Habits and Mindset

    In the first four weeks, we’ll focus on helping you build healthy habits and a positive mindset. Our structured workouts will keep you moving forward, while our nutrition support is designed to be simple and sustainable. We’ll also check in to celebrate your progress and keep you motivated.

    Weeks 5–8: Refining Techniques and Strategies

    Next, we’ll refine your exercise technique and nutrition strategies to help you feel more confident and avoid injuries. You’ll learn more advanced moves and continue to build on your progress, with another assessment in week 8 to track how far you’ve come.

    Weeks 9–12: Driving Changes and Enjoying the Process

    In this final phase, you’ll really start to see the results of your hard work. Achieving personal bests are a normal part of training, you’ll be feeling stronger, moving better and building a more resilient body. The visible changes are exciting to watch. We continue progressing while keeping the training and nutrition enjoyable and sustainable.

    Beyond Week 12: Long-Term Success

    Once you’ve completed the first 12 weeks, we’ll keep working with you to set new goals and keep improving. You’ll have the tools and knowledge you need to keep moving forward, whether you’re working out with us or on your own. We’re here to support you for the long run!
