Absolutely. These aren't just "sweat and forget" random workouts that make you feel tired without purpose. Every session is coach-led and structured to be fully adaptable to your level. We welcome all abilities, we have fun, and we motivate you to achieve.
What is the small group personal training schedule?
There are currently various options throughout the week which you'll find clicking the link above. If you'd like to suggest alternative session times then please let us know at lab@thefitnessmaverick.com.
How do I book?
Book your free trial session using the link to the schedule above. You'll then get an email to download an app to manage your booking and make it easy to book future sessions. If you continue after your trial session then you can pay as you go, or in blocks of 8 and get a session for free. We make it as easy as possible to get started and to stay on track.
